The opportunity

YOKUU makes probiotic cleaning products for people who want a cleaner home and a healthier planet. We're B-Corp, growing hyper fast (>2x per year) and are internationalizing rapidly (5 countries and growing).

We have a lean but mean team of highly talented and ambitious individuals. We're looking for someone who is commercially driven to create and capture growth opportunities through marketing and business partnerships.

What you'll do

Specifically, you will work closely together with our Founders to:

• Generate marketing partnerships
  • Grow reach through community sharing with other brands
  • Grow reach through sampling at other businesses
  • Acquire new customers through collaborating with influencers & podcasts
  • Generate sales by partnering with third-party (discounted) sellers
• Explore and build corporate & B2B partnerships
  • Identify and pitch corporate/office partners for subscription-style collaborations
  • Manage and grow these partnerships once live
• Work across other partnership and growth opportunities as they arise

Who you are

• You have 0-3 years experience in Marketing and/or Business Development
• You are commercially minded and love hunting for deals
• You are a strong relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and persuasion power
• You are curious, open minded, self-starting and entrepreneurial
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are based out of our Antwerp or Amsterdam office, with regular travel to meet partners and attend events
