I was finding that some of my washing (gym kit in particular) was coming out of the machine smelling 'cheesy.' I tried a variety of methods to eradicate this problem using all natural detergents as this is my preferred option. I deep cleaned the machine but was still getting the odour. I then saw an ad for Yokuu and it suggested that there was a build up of bacteria in the machine and that washing at lower temperatures was partly to blame. I felt I had nothing to lose, so purchased the sample pack. I am pleased to say that it has done the job and my gym kit smells lovely now!
I can also say that the toilet bomb works at treat too. Happy days!

I love love love everything so far. Used the toilet bombs, they’ve helped with an old toilet I had already tried everything on. The surface cleaner works really on ALL surfaces, the glass cleaner is super and effortless, I love the hand and body wash. Simply the best!

I was one of the people dragging home 2,5 l plastic jars from the eco-store..and now I only need a strip or two, weighs next to nothing and is delivered to my home. Me and the environment are totally pleased. Add to this that they wash cleaner than the normal stuff + also works for silk, linen and wool = I no longer need to have three different washing powders in my tiny cupboards. Heel tevreden!

De was strips kende ik al en daar was ik al tevreden over. Ik heb het pakket besteld voor de vlekkenfluisteraar wit en kleur. De kledingverfrisser zou ik anders niet gekocht hebben maar dit bleek de grootste verassing van het pakket. Helpt met de zomerse dagen zelfs bij een lichte zweetgeur! Dit maakt dat ik de nieuwe
luchtverfrisser ook nog zal bestellen.

Oude vlekken weg uit zetel en tapijt

Eindelijk mijn oude vlek uit mijn zetel. Lauw sopje maken met de vlekkenfluisteraar, washandje nat maken met het sopje en zachtjes over de vlek wrijven, nadien met droge doek erover en wachten tot het droog is. Ben zo blij dat de vlek weg is, heb heel de zetel gedaan, zo zijn alle vlekjes weg. Op dezelfde manier heb ik de vlekken uit mijn tapijt kunnen verwijderen. Super product!

+ What's the difference between the Stain Whisperer and the laundry sheets?

The Stain Whisperer is a targeted stain remover - for tough marks like tomato sauce, grass or wine. The laundry sheets are your everyday clean – light, probiotic-powered, and gentle on clothes and skin. Use them together for best results.

+ Is this safe for coloured and white clothes?

Yes, all three products in the bundle are safe for both whites and colours!

The Stain Whisperer comes in two versions:

  • White: with natural oxygen bleach to brighten
  • Colour: bleach-free, gentle on fabrics and dyes

The Laundry Sheets are suitable for all fabrics, colours and wash temperatures. Safe, simple, and easy on your clothes.

+ How do I use the Stain Whisperer?

The Stain Whisperer adapts to your laundry mood.

  • A - Lazy mode: Add one tablespoon (30g) to the detergent drawer with your usual detergent. Use two for heavy stains.
  • B - Soak mode: Dissolve 1 tbsp in 2L of warm water and soak for up to an hour.
  • C - Spot treatment: Mix ½ tbsp with water, apply to the stain, let sit for 5 minutes, then wash as usual.

+ How long should the Stain Whisperer soak in?

Depends on the method. For direct treatment (C), let it sit for at least 5 minutes—longer for tough stains. For soaking (B), up to 1 hour. In the machine (A), it does the work while you relax.

+ Does it work at low temperatures?

Yes, even at 30°C or colder. Enzymes break down stains at low temps, while the bacteria keep cleaning, removing odours and improving hygiene in your drum and on fabrics. It’s a deep clean on eco mode.

+ Is it safe for delicate fabrics like wool or silk?

The Laundry Sheets are gentle enough for most fabrics.

The Stain Whisperer is also safe for everyday laundry, but be careful with silk, wool, cashmere, suede or leather - these don’t love enzymes or moisture.

If in doubt, test on a small spot first.

+ What makes this bundle better than classic laundry products?
